A husband-and-wife team, based in Colorado
We're Larson and Molly. Between us we've spent the last decade in tech and the last five years in AI — helping some of the country's best-known brands, from MLB to Lifetime, sharpen how they win and keep customers.
We started StairStep Studio to bring that expertise to the industries it usually skips. Most companies in these trades still run their operations the way the Fortune 500 did in 2005. We know what the best do now — and we build and run it for them.
